A few parties
I've loved planning.
Every detail here was planned with intention. Themes designed around the birthday kid, tablescapes sourced on real budgets, and moments families still talk about.
Golf-Themed Outdoor Birthday
Yellow and green with golf ball vases, checkered food baskets, and individual place settings for each little guest. The whole table was designed to feel cohesive without being kitschy. This one came together from a simple Pinterest save and a $400 budget.
Liam's Transportation First Birthday
Planes, trains, and automobiles for a baby turning one. I planned this with cloud balloon clusters hanging from the ceiling, a custom milestone board on an easel, individually wrapped favor boxes, and a coloring tablecloth that kept the little guests busy the whole party.
Mickey Mouse Party
Red, black, and white with Mickey ear headbands at every place setting and Disney character figurines scattered across the red and white striped runner. I sourced all the balloon topiaries and coordinated the dessert table so the whole space felt pulled together, not pieced together.
Valentine Bridal Shower
Hosted at a family home, this bridal shower centered around a floor-to-ceiling balloon installation in red, pink, white, and silver confetti. The dessert spread on the antique sideboard included macarons, cupcakes, custom heart cookies, and individual mousse jars. The sign said it perfectly: how sweet it is to be loved by you.
Cars -- 4th Birthday Party
My son's 4th birthday, and he is fully obsessed with Cars. The entire collection of die-cast cars lined up on the bench like they were ready to race. Gold lightning bolt balloons, a big red number 4, a Cars banner, and Mater sitting front and center. This party was all about leaning into what he already loved and making it look intentional. Sometimes the best decor is already sitting in the toy box.
Cecil's 70s-Themed 60th Birthday
Over 100 guests, a full 70s takeover, and a room full of people who couldn't stop talking about how much fun they were having. The disco ball backdrop, the costumes, the energy — every detail was intentional. Cecil called it the best party he'd ever had. Moments like that are exactly why I do this.
Every celebration
deserves a real plan.
From a toddler's first birthday to a quinceañera to a bridal shower, I bring the same patient, thoughtful approach to every event type.

Hi, I'm Deanna.
I've been planning parties for friends and family for years, and somewhere along the way people started asking me to help with theirs too. Not because I'm the loudest person in the room, but because I listen, I stay calm, and I genuinely love figuring out how to make a celebration feel like the person it's for.
I started this as a way to do what I love without the physical demands of onsite coordination. Now I work with families across the country over video, helping overwhelmed parents turn a pile of Pinterest boards into an actual plan.
If you're the kind of person who wants it to be beautiful but isn't sure where to start, or who has a vision but no idea how to execute it on your budget, that's exactly where I can help. I'll meet you where you are and we'll figure it out together.
Real parties. Real families.
Real results.
These reviews are from in-person events I planned before going fully virtual. The same care and detail now happens over video, from anywhere in the country.
"Deanna planned what was truly the best party I've ever had for my 60th birthday. From start to finish, everything was incredibly well thought out and seamlessly coordinated. She brought a 70s theme to life in such a fun and creative way that it left a lasting impression on everyone who attended. We had over 100 guests, and throughout the night I heard countless comments about how much fun people were having and how unique and engaging everything felt. Deanna has a gift for creating an atmosphere where people feel connected, energized, and fully present in the moment. Beyond her talent, Deanna has been a dear friend of mine for over 10 years, and I can confidently say she brings the same level of care, excellence, and heart to her work as she does to her relationships. If you're looking for someone to help you create a meaningful and memorable event, I can't recommend her highly enough."
"Deanna went above and beyond planning our daughter's first birthday. We wanted a Master's theme for the party which Deanna completely brought to life! Deanna was professional, organized, and thorough with every detail. From the decorations, food, and making sure the whole event was kid-friendly, she took great care in making everything fun and memorable. Deanna's creativity took the theme far beyond what we ever imagined. The day of the event, Deanna arrived with plenty of time to set up everything and she was a calming presence so we could focus on our baby and hosting friends and family. Her organization made set up effortless! While all of her decor was amazing, our favorite piece was the turf backdrop for the smash cake with the green and yellow balloon arch!"
"Deanna made planning my kids birthday parties a breeze! After a quick consultation she picked out everything from decor, food, staging my house, to the tiny little details that makes a party special! She set everything up, and took everything down. I really got to enjoy the party and be present with my kids and not stress on the operations of it. If you're looking for a party planner Deanna will shine through and give you exactly what you envisioned!"
"I recently attended a child's birthday party. The theme of teddy bears was intertwined with massive balloon arrangements that followed the pillars from floor to ceiling. The color scheme was rich and added an unexpected elegance to the party. Food was perfectly designed to appeal to the children and parents, plentiful, and fresh. The party dessert treats included cake-pops, decorative iced cookies in bear theme, muffins... Tables arranged for children boasted distractions with toys and coloring banners. Stuffed bears nestled in baskets. Deanna's attention to detail began with a delightful evite, a warm welcome into the fantasy she had created, a timely process throughout and culminated in a perfect party for children and their parents."
"Deanna is so talented that even my 6 year old boy commented on how nice the decorations were."
"Deanna has planned our parties for the past several years. She was very professional and easy to communicate with! She was detailed in the way she made our visions come to life. She was organized and well thought out. Working with her for our events has been such a blessing by taking so much off our plate! We will keep coming back to her every time!"
